About Ali Worley

Ali graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She has worked with the City of Bentonville for 5 years. Quite a few years ago, when Ali was in middle school, she was part of a class project that had to submit an idea to the Bentonville City Council. Her idea at that time? A city animal shelter! It was no surprise that she accepted the Animal Services Manager position in March of 2021.

When she isn't working on building a new department, Ali likes to cheer on the Arkansas Razorbacks and Green Bay Packers, explore walking trails with her kids, and binge-watch some good TV.

The quote that inspires her every day is one from her favorite TV show, Boy Meets World. "Believe in yourself. Dream. Try. Do good," spoken by the wise Mr. Feeny.
